01 — Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message.

Accounts. The website does not currently offer user accounts. If we add them, we will update this policy before they go live.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Spam protection. To limit abuse of the contact form, we keep a short-lived, hashed record of the sending IP address for about 10 minutes.

02 — How we use information

• To respond to your messages and questions.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

03 — Payments

The website does not take payments at the moment. When online payments launch, they will be processed by a payment provider on its own secure checkout — ThinksGrid will never receive or store your full card details — and this section will be updated before payments go live.

04 — Cookies, fonts & maps

We don’t set tracking or advertising cookies and we don’t use analytics. Your browser stores one small preference so the cookie notice isn’t shown again.

Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads when you scroll to it or choose “Load map”. Google’s privacy policy applies to both.

05 — Service providers and sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the website, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Website hosting and email
• Google Fonts and Google Maps (see section 04)

We may also disclose information if required by law.

06 — Data retention

Contact form messages are delivered to our email inbox and are not stored in a website database.

07 — Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side validation and spam protection on our form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 — Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email us at the address below.

09 — Children’s privacy

ThinksGrid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can delete it.

10 — Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
